Arissa Divyne is a mental health practitioner whose philosophy is grounded in people owning their power. For over 20 years, she has served the residents of her hometown of Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas and has expanded her practice nationally. A certified supervised counselor and graduate of Stevenson University where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a dual focus in Psychology and Sociology, Arissa has helped thousands overcome and navigate drug and alcohol addiction and its lasting impacts.

Arissa’s community-driven approach to mental and behavioral health care focuses on community collaboration and individual and group therapies. Carrying a belief that mental health care should be accessible and approachable for all, her mission is to empower people to have honest conversations about their mental health, seek out help when they need it, and understand that there's no shame in asking for assistance. She strives to create an unapologetic atmosphere of compassion and understanding.

Known for her popular in person and online group sessions called “The Vyne”, Arissa’s straightforward and user-friendly approach to mental health has opened the gateway to normalizing and destigmatizing mental health and wellness for thousands. She is a sought after speaker and thought provoker who is often tapped to be a featured panelist at conferences and podcasts where she vulnerably shares her story and leaves listeners wanting more.

Arissa is gearing up to launch a suite of asynchronous mental health tools designed to help people honor their own self care, wellness and mental health from the privacy of their own homes.
